A9: Romantic Period does not provide sound or PA systems. Our string instruments are classical acoustic instruments that produce beautiful natural sounds without electricity. If venue amplification is required, we advocate using the venue's existing microphones and sound equipment.

A16: Yes. Overtime (OT) is charged at standard rates in 30-minute blocks. If delays are anticipated, an OT deposit must be paid prior to the event to enable OT on the day. If no OT occurs, the pre-paid OT deposit will be fully refunded.
